In almost 10 years of my tutoring experience, I've always liked to cater to each student that I teach, which could mean starting from the most basic concepts or filling in the gaps in their understanding. This unfortunately doesn't always happen in a conventional school setting where everyone is taught in larger groups.
So depending on your goals and expectations, my curriculum will be very flexible; whether you need help with school homework, want to ace that upcoming exam, or are just looking to learn new topics to get a head start in school, I'm your person! I'm also now open to tutoring groups of up to 3 students, so you can learn with your friends. :)
I have taught math in a wide range of levels, including elementary school, high school (Grades 9, 10, 11, 12, AP-level), and college math. This includes topics like Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus, Statistics, etc. As for physics, I've taught high school (Grades 9, 10, 11, 12) as well as college-level topics. This includes topics like Kinematics, Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Oscillations and Waves, etc.
I can teach you in both English and Korean, and I'm also happy to take quick questions that you might have outside of class time!

Perfect! Fast, friendly, personable and very knowledgeable as well as resourceful. You won't regret working with Chelsea!
Chelsea was a great tutor, she takes the time to explain topics in different ways until you understand them! She gives helpful tricks and tips to remember things as well. Our sessions were always comfortable and she offers a lot of guidance in solving problems. Would definitely recommend her!!
Chelsea is an amazing math tutor! She preplans the tutoring sessions, explains lessons very well, revisits prior lessons as recaps, and makes sure I understand all of the taught concepts. She is also very flexible with scheduling sessions, especially with timezone differences. I definitely recommend Chelsea to anyone needing a great tutor :-)
Chelsea used to tutor me math in undergrad and she managed to make it so easy for someone like me who had always struggled with the subject. Her ability to understand and explain concepts, eagerness to teach and patience make her an excellent tutor. I highly recommend Chelsea if you too struggle with math!
Chelsea helped me with my first year physics course and she did such an amazing job. She was patient, clear, and overall made things a lot easier for me to understand (this coming from someone who HATED high school physics)! I'm very thankful!!
Chelsea is great as a math tutor, she helped me prepare for an interview and within a few hours a lot of topics were clear to me. She also the right sources to point you to and the right words when it comes to explaining advanced topics. I'm more than convinced that she is the right option for any math topic you need help with.
