The idea that anyone is intelligent or dull doesn't occur to me as a substantial fact because I believe that practice (consistently) makes perfect (maybe not absolute perfect). Thus, I work best when the student is ready to learn. My techniques are diverse but I base that on individual characteristics and attributes - first I observe, then determine the best way to pass across my message to the receipt of the student.

How do I start?
He has a way of interacting with students such that we open up our intellectual inadequacies to him. And yeah, he makes everyone believes no one is dumb not to know, it's just about the value placed on what is needed to be known.
