Prior to the session will contact each individual to learn more about their requirements , daily routine and their physical, emotional, psychological conditions. After checking these five pillars, series of practices & Diet are designed according to their requirements and establish them into these practices gradually and depending on their flexibility necessary modifications are given to them. Gradually over time and practice these modified practices evolved into the perfect and fine ones, eventually they turn out to be one with the practice. A Q/A slot are also served at the end of the session every day.
