About Nadia
Hi, I’m Nadia, a student tutor with experience running my own independent tutoring service. I enjoy helping students feel more confident in their schoolwork by explaining things clearly and patiently, without pressure or judgment.
I’m especially passionate about English, writing-based subjects, History, and supporting younger students with beginner French and homework organization. As a current student myself, I understand modern school expectations and how overwhelming school can feel when concepts aren’t explained properly.
Through my tutoring work, I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building skills at their own pace.

My tutoring approach is calm, structured, and student-focused. I explain concepts step by step using clear language and practical examples, helping students build understanding and confidence rather than relying on memorization.
A typical lesson begins by identifying what the student is working on and where they feel stuck, followed by guided practice and independent work with feedback. Each session ends with a short recap and clear next steps.
What sets me apart is my experience running an independent tutoring service and my ability to relate to students as a current student myself. My lessons are best suited for elementary and middle-school students, as well as high school students.
