I base my classes of the needs and athletic ability of my clients. I'm experienced in designing specific programs that will maximize gains. I can create strength, cardio, weight loss/gain and flexibility programs. I am responsible for the training programs of many younger age athletes.
I'm a personal trainer. I specialize in strength and conditioning however I'm equip with the knowledge to teach all forms of fitness / movement training such as Cross Fit, Skipping, Running and Stretching. Additionally, I am a national level wrestler, I have competed for Canada Internationally and won two Pan American Championships.
