Pilates teacher (with Physiotherapy background), Matwork and clinical pilates classes at home for all ages and levels. Strengthen and lengthen, body awareness, balance.
Methodology
Pilates Instructor qualified with Pilates Method Alliance, experienced in clinic and Studio. Before we start, I will assess you and explain about basic concepts of Pilates and Posture. Then, I will plan each class for you and your needs.
My special interest is Biomechanical and wellness. So, for me, It will be a pleasure to share my knowledge and learn more and more with each client.
I offer private and semi-private classes.
Background
Physiotherapist and Pilates lover. I have experience with all levels and different ages. I worked with rheumatological, neurological, orthopaedics and pregnancy clients as well. I like to work with body goals. Thus, we can work together toward the same goal.

NO face-to-face classes for a while. Only Online - Zoom (after your payment, I will send the link for you to join the class).
On-line classes: 1 person, $55/h; 2 people $50/h each.
