My teaching method is highly individualized. I start by assessing the skills the the student has already and comparing them to the skills the student needs to have in order to succeed. I then design lessons that will help them gain those skills. I do a lot of hands on work, such as primary sources and writing skills. I also keep open communication with the student to identify areas they feel insecure with so those areas can be addressed in lessons.
