About the lesson
Inspiring and encouraging online private tutor who tutored students( Grade 1- Grade 12) the following subjects: Math, Physics, Science, and Arabic. I worked with more than 40 students during those 4 years, I assisted them academically and enabled them to learn how to think. I tutored students who suffered from ADHD, dyslexia, Autism, and PTSD. My number one goal is to break the stereotype that only "nerds" are qualified for Math or any other science course, I eagerly aim to find the best academic strategies that best suit each of the students I am working with specifically. Besides, it's very crucial for me to enable students to believe in their mental power, and teach them how to orient it effectively and efficiently.

This is Amanah, a Math and Computer science major and I can help you shine academically. I worked for 5 years as a private tutor with more than 40 students, my number one goal is always to inspire students and encourage them to be able to ace any science class. I tutor the following courses: Math, Physics, Science, and Arabic. (Grade 1- Grade 12). My role is to offer you the best academic strategies to brighten your future. You can set your own schedule based on your time availability, also for sure our first session (consultation session: 1 hour long) will be for free, so we can get to know each other more and construct our goals. Perfect! Amanah is an excellent teacher, she is educated on the topics covered and can explain concepts effectively. She goes over easier problems before introducing complex problems that really help with understanding the concepts being taught. If you do not understand something she goes over it thoroughly, step by step to make it easy.

When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
Science especially Math has always been my passion, since I was a child I was always obsessed with numbers, equations, and anything else that requires critical thinking skills. Since I found that my passion for acquiring mathematical and scientific knowledge is growing more and more, I decided on reflecting that knowledge among students. Not only that, but also I decided to teach math and physics from a new perspective, especially to students who struggled with science courses, so I can simplify the material as much as possible, and address the topics smoothly.

What makes you passionate about your subject?
Science, especially math helps us to dive into our world and understand it better. As a curious individual, I was always amazed how with math and physics there is no room for ambiguity, they teach us that nothing can be proved without evidence, and every problem has its own solution. It presents a good-bending challenge, encourages analytical thinking, and fosters our mental capabilities. The power of science and math and their correlation with every single aspect of life has always grabbed my attention and been a great motive to discover new concepts and go through details to see how they are reflected in real life.

What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?
I love sharing knowledge with others and watching them grow. Tutoring fulfills my desire of inspiring students and brings a sense of belonging, when we are spending time sharing our passion with others, a synergy is created with the people who we spend our time with. There is no better feeling better than helping students to reach their goals. I am never happier than when students tell me that I've been a great help. Making a positive difference in someone's life has always been my aim, also I love meeting new people and being a good influence on them.

Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.
Throughout my journey as a student, I didn't find one specific lecturer or teacher as a role model, but I have focused more on combing all of the positive teaching skills I've witnessed in each teacher such as listening to the needs of the students, believing in them, and most importantly structuring suitable and adjustable teaching plan the best works for each student who has different learning tendencies and style.
