I offer classes based on recipes you want to learn, from salads to a snack for appetizer or a fancy meal and a dessert to impress your guests or to treat yourself. My recipes range from home cooking to professional cooking.
I want you to whip up a meal which is classy and comforting but also easy to prepare. I am keen on teaching you the skill and not a particular recipe. I want you to keep using the basis and be able to cook independently.
If you are a busy working individual or a student looking to learn quick and easy dishes, this is the right place. I have included a lot of fun recipes which are quite simple to cook. I also have a set plan of classes for seafood cooking, vegetarian cooking and world cuisine.
