About Lee
Im Lee, Liddiard-Smith Father to my Son Arthur and husband to my amazing wife Charlotte. I've coached for over 7 years from rock climbing, Strength and conditioning to athletes/non athletes and my passion is Kettlebell training. Im driven by empowering others and building belief and confidence in your ability both physical and mentally.
Kettlebell training is a cornerstone of my health and i've helped 100s of people learn the art of Kettlebells
