Osanak's Resume

Teaching
Over the past fifteen years, I have acquired extensive experience in engineering and project management and always passionate to works with kids and teenagers. Tutoring was always my hobby and I usually do volunteering for different extracurricular place for kids and teenagers. This was achieved by working in Vacuum Engineering and Valve Engineering. My Bachelor degree in applied Physics and certificate in project management (from U of T) laid the foundation in allowing me to take lead on different aspects of a project’s life cycle. In Vacuum Technology, I have learned how to apply my knowledge for different applications and industries. Selecting right vacuum pumps, pipes, gauges, feedthroughs selection, seals material and substrate material for CVD and PVD as well as supporting customers technically. Working in Valve manufacturing gave me the skill to work in a fast pace environment, select valve’s (material, type, sealing, manual or automated, actuator sizing, limit switch and solenoid) for different applications and worked on various projects with renown companies. I am detail-driven with capabilities in completing multiple projects with ensuring the organization and consistent execution of technical or business project deliverables, as well as monitoring tasks and implementing improvements to processes and procedures. During these 15 years, I have learned how to Manage and coordinate different projects at the same time and be a strong team player with positive attitude and self-motivated while responsible for qualifying process according to ISO 9001, CSA and FM Global Standards and maintaining safety methods and practices.
