I am trainer who loves to explain knowledge more about fitness because I can feel what are you going through because same was my condition long ago body shaming too much fat as well long period ago to much skinny I have gone through these problems I will also work on your physical appearance , structure looks as well as skin problems also which requires quite a development and will make you feel good and perfect.That's why my rate is quite high, apologies for that but I am just looking to get you in perfection.I will also help you with diet what to take and what not eligible for non-veg, veg as well as orthodox-deep-veg.
