-Schedule breaks/down-time; otherwise, you burn out to quick.

I've been a Personal Trainer now for just over 5 years. I began training myself at the young age of 16 to help myself through a mentally difficult time. Over the last 14 years I've used myself as a guinea pig; testing every meal plan (low carb, no carb, keto), every program (GVT, GBC, Metcons), every habit (stress, sleep, mental well-being).
I've developed a strategy using simple spreadsheets to track your results along the way and to get you to where you want to be, all you have to do... is be willing to learn!
