I am unique because I am willing to spend the time to find a way for them to understand.
I have been tutoring for one year but I have done some peer tutoring while in High School. I have tutored one student that is in High School. He had major problems understanding simple Math problems, Spelling, Reading, Writing while he is receiving over 75% in all his classes. I love to teach, and love sharing what I know.

Academic and Personal Aspirations
Upon graduation, I hope to attend Mount Royal University, enrolling in the Bachelor of Arts, Criminal Justice program, with a minor in Biology. At this point, my career goal is one of working towards becoming a Mounted Police Officer and through that career, finding a way to continue working with animals – horses and dogs in particular – as well as positively influencing young people. I love working with and being around horses and dogs; in fact, I enjoy all animals. Working with animals is a passion for me that I find deeply rewarding. In working with animals, I believe I have learned patience and unconditional love, and consequently further developed my leadership skills. I enjoy playing team sports, especially basketball, as well as participating in a wide range of outdoor activities. Spending time with my family and friends is also very important to me.
