A unique training regimen combining elements of practical martial arts with functional resistance training.
Bruce Lee had a philosophy known as "Jeet Kune Do" which he brought to life through martial arts. This philosophy represents learning as much as you can from as many sources as possible, but only retaining what is useful to you and disregarding what is not. My approach is a realistic, modern take on traditional training designed with lifelong practice in mind.
I've been a student of martial arts since 2000.
Professionally, I've been instructing since 2005 with experiences spanning across multiple platforms such as martial arts schools, camps, colleges, gyms and privately. The experiences I've acquired include:

Akiem has been training for over twenty years and is positive, motivating, dedicating towards your results, and keeps it fresh and fun every single time.
When he is not training clients, he is researching new routines and ideas, constantly improving his skill sets for his clients, and is very easy to talk to.
