I think my methodology would depend on the age of the person I was working with. I would want to know their specific learning goals if they had them and try my best to gear the lesson on that. There would be structure but also the flexibility to stray from it.
I have done mostly customer service jobs in the most recent years. I enjoy doing group facilitation and having leadership roles. I have a Bachelor of Arts from Kingswood University. Within my education there had to learn different types of teaching methods to different age groups.
