All i can say it's just 'Wow'. Its my first experience performing yoga.Its just awesome and beautiful. Can clearly feel the difference in my body and mind. feeling lucky and greatful that I got Indhu as my instructor. Thank you Indhu for making believe and experience that yoga can bring miracle in our body.

Maruti yoga classes are quite flexible and efficient. Indhuja, the instructor mends her phase of class as per the need of her students. I am able to connect well with my body and mind now thanks to her classes.

Indhuja is a very good teacher. Is very flexible and understanding towards your needs, really goes an extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable in your practice. Can’t thank her enough for all her valuables apart from the aasanas as well.

She is the right choice I would say! I practise yoga only with her.. the level of patience, emotions, the stretches and the chanting meditation is upto the mark.. this gives you peace and calmness within myself and so much drastic changes within myself.
We got introduced as friends and now a respectable person as she s my first mentor for yoga and helps me get confident about myself.
