I base my teaching on the individual in order to create a relaxing and intentional environment for your yoga practice. I encourage my students to practice fully in the present moment.
I offer a variety of classes including traditional hatha, vinyasa flow, relaxation and restorative yoga or more challenging strength-building practice, all with optional physical adjustment. I also offer a full-body relaxation yoga nidra-incorporated practice where I create a studio space with clear energy, low stimulus candle lights, and scents for maximum relaxation. By request, I can also prepare breathwork practices to incorporate into the practice.
I am yoga teacher and tennis instructor recently moved to Victoria from Europe, where I first received my Yoga Alliance certified training in Amsterdam. I am also an Ayurvedic Health and Wellness Counselor in training. I have an extensive background in fitness and health as well as a lifelong yoga practice. I use all areas of my education and experience to create a holistic, grounding and intentional practice for my clients.
