How Does The Student Pass Work?
Superprof is unique in that it relies on a monthly subscription from the student, allowing them to contact and interact with as many tutors as they see fit on the Superprof platform.
We are a subscription service that charges students a monthly fee for as long as they keep their accounts open.
This pass is essential for only for initiating contact with tutors - thanks to the business model, once you've found the best tutor for you, you can suspend the subscription and carry on working with them, contacting and paying their hourly rate either on or off of the platform!

Cancellation
After finding the right tutor, you can manage your subscription from your account. Click the "Suspend" button in your Control Panel to suspend it. The subscription will be suspended, but you will keep all its benefits until the end of the remaining days. After this, you will still have access to all of the tutors that you contacted within the subscription period and be responsible for paying their fee, but you will no longer be charged for your subscriptio!
