About Beverly
I am currently the Principal Oboe of Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra since 2013 till present. I received my Bachelor degree from Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia in 2013, and right upon graduation I landed the Winnipeg job.
I have performed often as a soloist with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra including 3 concertos during the last 10 years of my career. I have also been invited to perform with top orchestras in North America as a guest musician (Philadelphia Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, National Arts Centre Orchestra).

I teach students at all levels and age who has passion for the oboe and want to help them achieve their personal goals in both English and/or Chinese (Mandarin).
Lessons will combine fundamentals, etudes, sonatas, concertos, and even orchestral excerpts which is the main focus of students who are prepping for job auditions, conservatories or summer festivals. Reed making lessons will also be available upon request.
