About Amy
I have taught yoga and pilates at a number of studios as well as privately and in schools. I am a certified RTY 500hr Yoga Instructor and a certified Matt level 1 Pilates Instructor. I Also studied in the general arts at the University of Victoria and have a professional background in Design.

My teaching methods are dynamic, creative, encouraging and accomadating. I help students work towards their goals at a pace that is comfortable for them. Exercises and poses can be modified to suite any level and advanced options are available for students as well. My teachings encompass mind body and spirit but have a strong alignment and fitness component. I also teach students to work with their breathe. I try to have an all encompassing and compassionate approach to teaching.
