About Anna
I provide executive function/ADHD coaching for kids, college students, and beyond.
I’m an Executive Function Coach, but at the heart of it, I’m someone who loves helping people discover their own strengths and potential. I got into this work because I’ve seen how frustrating it can feel when things like organization, time management, or follow-through get in the way of someone’s goals—not because they’re not capable, but because no one ever really taught them how to manage those skills.
For me, coaching is about building more than systems and strategies—it’s about listening, understanding each person’s unique challenges, and helping them find approaches that actually fit their life. I’m inspired every time I see someone gain confidence in themselves and realize, “I can do this.” That’s why I do what I do—it’s incredibly rewarding to walk alongside people as they make real, lasting changes.

We figure out together how you can motivate yourself to get things done - let's find out what works for YOU!
Each coaching session is personalized, but there are a few things you can always expect. We usually start by checking in—how things have been going, what’s working well, and what feels challenging. From there, we focus on a specific goal or skill, like planning out the week, breaking down a big project, organizing materials, or building strategies to stay focused.
Lessons are practical and hands-on. That might mean setting up a system together, practicing how to prioritize tasks, or troubleshooting what to do when motivation is low. I also make sure we take time to reflect on what’s been learned and how it can be applied outside of the session.
The goal of each lesson isn’t just to “get things done,” but to build tools and confidence that make managing school, work, and life feel easier and more sustainable.
Unfortunately, no one teaches us these skills in school even though they are the greatest predictor of academic success!
