About Kian

With over five years of experience teaching piano both in-person and online, I bring a passion for music and a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. My teaching philosophy centers on active participation and helping students understand the musical intent behind every piece. I believe that developing well-rounded musicianship is key to lasting success and enjoyment. I tailor my lessons to fit each student’s unique needs, combining history, theory, technique, and creativity in every session. Whether you’re a beginner just starting out or an advanced player preparing for professional opportunities, I provide clear guidance and supportive feedback. My goal is to build confidence and skill through engaging, meaningful practice. I’ve had the privilege of working with students at all levels, including professional and expert musicians. About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation through structured skill-building. I guide students step-by-step with chord progressions, scale work, and rhythmic exercises.
