About Nikhil
I am a master's student at Queen’s University pursuing the MIB program. Kingston has been my home since 2021. I love watching soccer, and having played for the past 10 years, I thought I could stay connected with the sport and earn some extra money by listing myself on this platform.

Having been a part of prominent soccer academies such as Conscient Football and the Barcelona Academy, I have been around soccer for quite some time. I offer programs that can be tailored to the skill level and intensity of the individual joining my private sessions.
But the overall session would consist of:
1. Warm-Up (5 minutes)
A) Dynamic Stretches: Light jogging, high knees, butt kicks, and leg swings.
B) Dribbling Warm-Up: Dribble through cones or markers to get comfortable with ball control.
2. Skill Development (10 minutes)
A) Dribbling Drills: Practice dribbling in tight spaces and changing directions with cones.
B) Passing Drills: Partner passing focusing on accuracy and technique. Include short and long passes.
3. Technical Training (10 minutes)
A) Shooting Practice: Focus on shooting technique with both feet. Include stationary and moving ball shots.
B) Receiving and Controlling: Practice receiving passes and controlling the ball using different parts of the foot and body.
4. Tactical Training (5 minutes)
A) 1v1 Situations: Practice attacking and defending in one-on-one scenarios to build decision-making skills and confidence.
5. Cool Down (5 minutes)
A) Light Jogging: Gradually reduce intensity to cool down.
B) Static Stretching: Stretch major muscle groups, focusing on flexibility and relaxation.
6. Review and Feedback (5 minutes)
A) Recap Session: Discuss what was covered and highlight areas of improvement.
B) Q&A: Answer any questions and provide tips for practice outside of the session.
Timings would be adjusted based on the player’s needs and progress!
