About Mirza
I am a state level athlete competing in the triple jump event. I have 4 years of experience training in this field professionally alongside 7 years of experience playing multiple sports at the school level. I truly believe in the importance of inspiring an interest in sports for children growing up in an academically oriented environment. Sports creates a healthy mind and body while simultaneously improving the child's confidence and attitude.

I have a very simple method of educating. I place a huge importance on the basics. I will focus on:
- creating a fun and interacting environment
- educating the children on the importance of fitness
- ensuring that I set an example for everything which is instructed.
There will be video simulations which will spark an interest for students to try out what is shown themselves.
