About Yuka

I’m originally from Hokkaido, but I grew up in Tochigi Prefecture.
I first studied psychology at Tokyo Kasei University, but after going abroad to study dance, I decided to leave at the end of my second year. Now, I’m back in school—this time at an online university—studying IT.

I’ve worked in F&B, as an assistant manager at a beauty salon, in sales and marketing for an English school, supporting students, and even interviewing Japanese staff candidates.
Right now, I’m working at a famous toy company in Denmark as a customer service operator and trainer support for new hires.

I have three rescue cats, and in March 2025, I became a mom!

Motto: Lifelong learning!

• Anime (I’ve pretty much watched all the anime on Netflix!)
• Japanese home cooking
• Urban legends
• Reading/watching about the Ig Nobel Prize
• Watching US/UK police body camera videos on YouTube

About the lesson

These lessons are focused mainly on practice!
The fastest way to improve is to start using the language you’re learning right away.
I’d be delighted if you could develop natural conversational skills for private situations, as well as natural conversation and writing skills for business (especially talk to client, handling complain, provide solution, proposing, etc).
