Methodology
My first teaching strategy is to assume that the student has no previous background on the topic at hand unless he/she has significant experience. This allows the student to get a grasp on the basics and build the knowledge base from there.
Background
I am a software engineer, computer science educator and researcher. I have a PhD in computer science from Queen’s university, Canada. I also have teaching experience in university settings and professional class settings. My unique skillset with academic and professional blend allows me to identify the best ways to present a topic to newcomer.
