About Grimal
I love helping students see the beauty and brilliance in Math and Physics — that magical moment when a concept clicks and suddenly the world makes sense. I teach with the belief that if I haven’t understood something well enough to explain it to a 10-year-old, I haven’t truly mastered it myself. I’m not “above” my students; I’m among them — sharing the same curiosity and awe, with just a little more insight into some of their questions. My teaching blends fun and lightness with calm, storytelling, and serious reassurance, creating lessons that are both enjoyable and deeply meaningful. I wanted to continue studying further, but financial restrictions led me to start working while still following my passion for learning and teaching. This journey makes me deeply empathetic to students facing challenges, and it drives me to help them grow not just academically, but personally. I see students as little buds — the future of the earth — and I aim to nurture their confidence, curiosity, and love for learning, helping them blossom into thinkers, problem-solvers, and lifelong learners.

My Approach as a Tutor
I believe learning Math and Physics should feel like uncovering the secrets of the universe - exciting, logical, and “Aha!” moments everywhere. My goal is to make complex concepts intuitive and relatable, so students not only understand but truly enjoy the subject.
Teaching Methodology & Techniques:
My main motive is to combine conceptual clarity with practical problem-solving to ensure students grasp the “why” behind every formula.
I use visual aids, real world principles and examples, and imagination to make abstract ideas tangible.
I encourage active participation, asking questions and guiding students to discover solutions themselves, which builds deep understanding and confidence.
I provide step-by-step strategies for tackling tough problems and exam preparation tips that maximize efficiency and results.
Lesson Plan:
New Concept Introduction: Clear explanation of new topic using examples and analogies, real life applications and visualization.
Guided Practice: Step-by-step problem solving together.
Independent Practice: Student tackles problems while I provide guidance and feedback.
Review & Recap: Quick recap of previous concepts to reinforce memory.
Summary & Homework: Consolidate key takeaways and assign exercises tailored to the student’s level.
What Sets Me Apart:
Strong academic background in Computer Engineering from Algonquin College, with excellent scores in Math and Physics. With high scores in High School and Olympiads
Ability to simplify complex concepts without diluting them, making the subject enjoyable. Friendly, approachable, and patient, ensuring students feel comfortable asking questions.
Focus on building confidence, problem-solving skills, and long-term understanding and interpretation, not just rote memorization. Something that would make you want to go deeper to explore the scope of the subject
Who the Lessons Are For:
High School and College students wanting to excel or seeking support in Math and Physics with broad spectrum of topics which include but not limited to- Calculus, Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra, Newtonian Mechanics, Electromagnetics, Waves and Optics, Energy or any other related subjects within Math or Physics or Quantum Mechanics within Chemistry.
Anyone preparing for standardized exams or needing personalized problem-solving strategies or needing help with the Basic of specific topics
Learners who want to not just pass, but truly understand and enjoy Math and Physics.
Not limited to students. If you are someone like me, with great interest in the "How and Why" of the universe and want to discuss problems and exchange knowledge, you are exactly where you should be.
