About Joel
With a Master’s degree in Instrumental and Vocal Performance and over 8 years of experience as a music teacher, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to my violin instruction. My journey in music began with classical training, providing me with a strong foundation in technique and theory. Over the years, I expanded my skills to include electric violin, exploring various genres and styles, which allows me to offer a diverse and engaging learning experience for my students.

In these violin lessons, students will embark on a journey to master both classical and electric violin techniques. Each session is tailored to individual skill levels, whether you're a beginner or an advanced player. For newcomers, lessons begin with foundational techniques, including proper posture, basic finger placement, and simple bowing exercises. Emphasis is placed on building a solid technical base while fostering a love for the instrument through engaging, age-appropriate repertoire.
As students progress, lessons delve into more complex techniques and musical styles. Intermediate players will explore various scales, arpeggios, and advanced bowing techniques.
