About Viktoria

Hello! My name is Viktoria. I was born in the South of Russia, but now travel around the world, currently in Thailand. I have a lot of different interests and hobbies, like photography, art, history, travels. I studied HR management, but 5 years ago I started to work as a babysitter with kids, teaching them Russian and reading. Then I went to Hungary for an ECS volunteering project for one year and met a lot of foreigners, who wanted or already want to learn Russian. I was helping them to practice Russian and then decided to try giving lessons online. I found materials and also adapted them to foreigners' needs. Also, I got a course for Methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language in a Russian online school. I teach students from around the world. I work with adults and with kids from 5 years old, also with bilinguals.

About the lesson

What I Offer: -Russian from scratch: I will help you master the basics of the Russian language, starting from the alphabet and simple phrases to confidently handling basic communication skills. -Supporting and Developing Existing Levels: If you already have some knowledge of Russian, I will help you deepen your understanding, improve grammar, expand vocabulary, and boost your confidence in speaking. -Speaking classes, if you already have some level and want to just improve your listening and speaking skills. -Culture. If you need not only to learn the language, but also explore the culture for life in Russia, or for communication with your Russian-speaking partner or friends. My Teaching Style: - Gentle and Supportive Approach: I believe learning should be pleasant and without stress. In my lessons, you will always feel supported and have your needs attended to. - Focus on Student's Requests and Interests: I adapt my lessons to your goals and interests, whether they are travel, work, hobbies, or simply a desire to learn about a new culture. - Insights into Russian Culture: I not only teach the language but also introduce the rich and diverse culture of Russia, helping you better understand the language and its speakers.
