About Rosey

Hello! My name is Rosey and I am a professional actor and drama facilitator. I have a BA Honours Degree in Performing Arts, a QQI Level 6 in Drama Facilitation, and have trained extensively in screen acting with David Scott, Helena Walsh, and Benjamin Mathes.

I have vast experience working with actors and groups of all ages and abilities, ranging from young children aged 5 to adults. As a director and youth theatre facilitator, I have come to understand that the foundation of creativity lies in fostering a safe and supportive environment that allows individuals to explore, take risks, make mistakes, and, most importantly, engage in the joy of play. Whatever level of experience, age, or ability, I am excited to work with you!

About the lesson

Lessons are tailored to suit your needs, whether you're a seasoned actor looking to work on a particular role, or a complete beginner looking to learn a new skill. We can explore acting technique, character development, script analysis, and work on monologues and scenes.

I specialize in audition preparation and self-taping techniques, having worked with many students applying to drama school. I am skilled in text-based work that encourages critical engagement and creative thinking. I can help you choose material that works for you!

Perfect! Rosey is amazing. She helped me prepare my one-woman show for Edinburgh Fringe as well as helped me with self-tape auditions. I cannot highly recommend Rosie enough. She is so professional, intelligent, kind and creative. Rosie was also extremely reliable and generous with her time. Overall, she is exceptionally good value and an absolute gem!
