About Raffaela

I was born and raised in Rome, but I have been studying and working in the UK (and the US) for the past five years. I hold an MPhil in Heritage Studies from the University of Cambridge and a first-class degree in Anthropology from UCL.

I have tutored refugees and UK students for over three years in English and Italian. I am an experienced tutor and a friendly teacher. I am also the director of an e-learning nonprofit organization providing one-on-one English tutoring to refugees around the world. This experience has taught me how to tailor the classes according to my student's needs and expectations.

I love getting to know my students and helping them learn Italian!

I have been teaching Italian to university students and children for several years. I construct my lessons according to my student's needs, interests, and learning goals.

We can cover any topics you like, but if you are not sure how you would like to approach the lessons, I can suggest a learning plan. Additionally, if you are interested in going beyond learning Italian and would like to immerse yourself in Italian culture, I am well-versed in Italian literature, art, and cinema.

I will make sure to provide you with homework material and learning tips.

The lessons are for everyone, regardless of age!
