I have known Maloy for over 5 years. He is a highly experienced and skilled senior IT professional and an outstanding technology expert. He is a very professional and friendly person. I enjoyed learning from him, and his ability to teach people new skills as a mentor is exceptional.

I had the pleasure of working with Maloy on one of the most demanding Information Technology projects that I, or our team, had ever dealt with. Thanks to Maloy's ability to analyze our many predicaments and helping to identify a proper course of action, we were successful. His ability to teach the collective and individual team members new skills, and new ways of thinking, got us over some very high hurdles. Aside from his ability to mentor, he never hesitated to jump in when any team was shorthanded. He knew what they were all doing, and if they were using something new to him, he would take his own time to learn that system or process inside out (in most cases proposing improvements to the established processes) and become a major contributor in any role.
Most important, Maloy is a wise, observant, and caring human being. He has amazed me many times with his ability to engage with people and dedicate himself to helping them reach their own personal or professional goals.
I would highly recommend him for almost anything, but especially as a Tutor/Teacher/Trainer. He has a great personal interest in the material, and the rare trait of being able to convey that information to anyone in a way that makes it easy for them to understand.
