About Mbamara
I am from House of stamina and I have been training clients on how to enhance their stamina status through swimming, dancing aerobics and jogging. I am trained by FINA and Nigeria aquatic federation on how to make swimming very easy. I swam for many years before I was trained professionally. I have been training clients on how to swim for more than ten years. I know I am very good in training people on how to swim.

I train clients on swimming like any other exercise. It should be based on your stamina status. I don't exceed an hour unless your stamina can carry it because there's need for recopuration. Gradual adaptation is the key.
As a trainer by profession for more than fifteen years, I can see that no two clients are exactly the same. There's a little change between one and the other. With enough consciousness I help my clients to forget their fears.
