About Liz
I am an experienced fiber artist and teacher. I have a combined 15+ years of teaching and fiber arts experience. I have taught many different subjects in university settings and have brought the knowledge that I have from that setting into the work I do teaching knitting and crocheting. I have always loved helping students regardless of the subject I am teaching and working one-on-one with folks is the highlight of my teaching history. I have lived experience of being marginalized and working with marginalized students. I will always always work to make sure that my teaching practices are as inclusive and accessible as possible. If at any time you need accommodations (physical, financial, or otherwise) please let me know! I am also happy to suggest some accommodations if you don't know what you need.
