About Marcus
Marcus has extensive experience working with emerging artists having collaborated with National Theatre Connections, The British Theatre Academy and emerging artist programmes with Portsmouth Road Productions. Marcus' career has seen him work with and train some of the most exciting emerging talent in the country and consequently go on to professional jobs and drama school.
The approach he takes is creating an honest and open environment with individuals - you may be a young artists finishing school or college looking at whether further education is right for you and what other options are out there. Or maybe you are a graduate looking at employment opportunities. The consultancy on offer help will not give you all the answers but it will help you ask the right questions to further your career as an actor.

I am a supportive tutor who takes a relaxed but focused approach, tailored to each student's requirements. I work with students at all levels but focus on those aged 16+ looking to apply for Drama schools, further education or improve their audition technique.
I tend to start on areas such as building confidence, character and breaking down text. I will look specifically at different acting techniques, offering a variety of approaches to help find what best suits you as an actor when approaching auditions or specific roles. Topics I cover include:
