A typical lesson with me would include:
Introduction and Intention Setting (5-10 minutes): The class begins with a short meditation or mindfulness exercise, inviting students to set a personal intention or focus for the session.
Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Gentle stretches and movements to prepare the body, focusing on breath coordination and joint mobility.
Main Asana Sequence (20-30 minutes): A flow of postures focusing on a specific goal, such as building strength, improving flexibility, or enhancing balance. Poses will be tailored to suit the group or individual needs.
Cool Down and Relaxation (5-10 minutes): A series of gentle stretches or restorative poses to ease tension and allow the body to relax. We close with a short meditation or breathing exercise to center the mind.
