About Ava
I have helped numerous students achieve their academic goals by chunking concepts, teaching effective revision methods, and helping to retain material through active recall exercises. I was successfully able to explain key math concepts to a younger student and we saw much improvement together. It makes me very happy to help and see others succeed. It would bring me great satisfaction to help other students overcome difficulties in their learning so they can pursue academic goals!

Hello all, My name is Ava. I'm a student at the University of Guelph studying in the Neuroscience program. I'm a successful graduate of the IB program. I am very enthusiastic about learning and have a lot of experience learning and explaining math and science topics. I am fluent in French, and have taken the B1 DELF examination, and am currently working towards my B2. I am very flexible with times online. I am open to tutoring elementary, high school, and 1st-year undergraduate students. Additionally, I am able to tutor in IB subjects pertaining to biology, chemistry, and English. I look forward to helping you succeed academically!
