About Alegria

I am a 14 year old gymnast who loves to help others make it to where they want to be in gymnastics. I ensure that within every lesson there is a fun and friendly environment whilst ensuring gymnasts are being pushed to the best of their ability. I have been doing gymnastics 12 years now and I love seeing younger gymnasts progress as much as possible. I am a patient individual which ensures wether gymnasts are fast or slow progressing I will make sure they get their eventually.

About the lesson

Combining fun and hard work for progress is key in my lessons.I love to make gymnasts feel encouraged when learning a new skill. During my lessons it is always important that gymnasts are being pushed to the best of their ability in the kindest way possible to ensure they are achieving as highly as they possibly can whilst still enjoying the sport! I have been doing gymnastics 12 years now and I have been coaching/tutoring unofficially for around 2 years. lessons can be anywhere from 30 mins to 1hr 30. I mainly coach younger children looking to improve their gymnastics skills or get into gymnastics. previously I have been successful at ensuring gymnasts achieve their personal goals and get where they want to be in gymnastics as well as nailing the skills they desire.
