About Dianne
Yoga has become a lifestyle for me now, the way I eat, speak and handle life’s challenges has been enhanced. I believe everyone should have a little yoga in their life and for this reason I enjoy sharing this with others. I have taught large groups up to 25 and small groups from 1 to 8 persons. I began teaching in April of 2017.

Yoga is more than a physical exercise, it is a mind / body connection experience. I fell in love with how calm I always felt after I left a class, the mind chatter had been settled. I have been practising for 7 years. My passion for yoga was so strong it became inevitable to teach it. I completed an illuminated 200 YTT program and am certified through Yoga Alliance Canada.
I enjoy offering Yoga to those who are more comfortable in a private setting. I also have experience teaching children and sports teams. Family Yoga is also an option aswell as work environments. More and more schools and businesses invite yoga into the routine which I truly believe is fantastic! I always incorporate mindfulness and breathing into the sessions leaving my students feeling stretched, relaxed yet focused and therefore completely rejuvenated.
