About Jesse

My name is Jesse and I am from Europe.

I have 3 diplomas: pedagogy, music, and nutrition. And still studying.
I speak English, French, Spanish, and Catalan. So our session can be in either of those languages.
I like computers, reading, nature, cooking, good conversations, and everything that can make our lives easier so we can focus on what we love and the people we care about.

Why would a musician and nutritionist teach about time management and productivity? you may ask. When I was a teenager I was sure and convinced that I wanted to be a musician. And so I became one. But at 26 years old I was diagnosed with cancer and my life changed. So I began my journey of doing more with less and managing my energy levels so I could still study and work while dealing with my health. I studied nutrition, I continued teaching...and most of all I applied a lot of principles to get control of my life.

I love teaching and working with people, that's why I enjoy sharing and helping people to get better, learn, evolve and improve.

About the lesson

Hello,

I am a teacher and coach that love to help people to improve their experience of life.
Often we feel overwhelmed by our obligations and projects.. I've learned through time management, nutrition, budgeting, minimalism, and many other approaches...how to live a fulfilling, calmer, and happier life; and still have many projects and relationships without jeopardizing my well-being.
The tool that we will use if it interests you, is the Getting Things Done method by David Allen, adapted to your personal and professional life, among other techniques and resources.

Even though my sessions are about efficiency and productivity, the main purpose is to improve your quality of life. Sometimes the journey can be hard, but it is worth it.

My lessons will be adapted 100% to your needs. We can have a first free session together so we can make a plan together and get to work.
