About Zara
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music and have been teaching piano for seven years. My teaching philosophy balances technical rigor with artistic freedom, helping students build confidence and a lifelong appreciation for music. I have guided learners of all ages and levels, from beginners taking their first steps to advanced students preparing for performances or exams. Each lesson is personalized to the student’s goals and learning style, ensuring meaningful progress. In addition to teaching, I actively perform and compose, bringing practical insights and fresh ideas to every lesson. This real-world experience enriches my teaching and inspires students to develop their own unique musical voice.

Next, we focus on classical technique and interpretation. You will explore phrasing, dynamics, and articulation through works by composers from different eras, learning to bring music to life with emotional depth and stylistic awareness.
Finally, lessons incorporate improvisation and creative expression. You’ll develop skills to create melodies, harmonize, and experiment with different genres, allowing you to expand your musical vocabulary and enjoy a more personal connection to the piano.
