About Esther
Experience - over 12 years of training dance fitness. I started dancing at the age of 5 years in ballet. As I grew older, I switched over to contemporary and modern dance. I further extended to hip-hop dance, and later on, used all of that experience and techniques in my dance for fitness training, fusing different dance styles such as jazz, salsa, African, hip-hop, ballet, aerobics, and also showcased at the Baxter Theatre, and choreographed a full stage performance.

I always start my online sessions with a 10 minute warm up. Each session is 60 minutes.
The music is 95% fast paced to the most popular songs that will definitely get you dancing.
