About Marta

I came across the Vedic Art- self development course 7 years ago in London. It suddenly began to fill my spaces with its entire range of colours, patterns, textures and creative energy. With time Vedic art became more than just an interest – it became my lifestyle. Than , I become a teacher of that method and I have been running that workshop for 4 years in London and abroad (Poland, India). I learned this method in Sweden, where the course come from.
Now every new day is a blank canvas on which we paint what is in our hearts. Vedic art opened a door for me to a land of never-ending possibilities, where I would love to invite YOU also!

About the lesson

The fact that creativity is reserved for artists is one of the biggest misconceptions of our time.
Creativity is an extremely useful trait in many areas our lives, such as career (no matter what you do), parenthood, hobbies, cooking and many many more. Creativity is also the ability to problem solve in daily life, thinking outside the box and coming up with clever solutions.
Our creative flow is often blocked from a very young age.
That’s why most of us forget about the sheer joy of creating, we lose our innate interest in discovering the world we live in and looking for answers to curious questions. All that in the name of so called “success” or public opinion. Every day others tell us how to live our lives, but what about that silent voice inside you that wants you to pay it some attention? It wants you to start listening to it, and stop trying to mute it down in all possible ways, as it knows what really is best for you. Maybe one day you should take a moment and listen to what it has to say?

During our workshops you gain experiences, not knowledge.
You don’t need to believe in what is written in the books, but when you fire up your inner compass you will simply feel it. In the midst of life’s twisted ways, you can find your own path.

That’s why we do not teach, but instead provide you with tools, which will aid you in discovering stores of your own hidden potential, your talents, beginning to consciously walk through life. With greater power, you start to remove obstacles that up until now have been in the way. Your imagination blooms, so does your courage to dream bigger than ever before.

During our workshops you will be working with matter, which you will change with each following exercise. All you need to do is to surrender to nature’s rhythm and the outcome may surprise you.
