Typical Lesson Plan (Adaptable) - Fundamentals — Images vs containers, run, exec, logs, networking basics. - Dockerfiles — Building your own images, caching layers, optimization. - Compose — Multi-container stacks, environment variables, volumes. - Debugging & Monitoring — Container logs, resource usage, connectivity issues. Best Practices — Security basics, backups, tagging, cleaning up. Advanced (on demand) — Reverse proxies (Traefik/Nginx), CI/CD, Cloud deployments, orchestration basics (Swarm/K8s intro). About the lesson

Each session is hands-on and practical — no theory for theory’s sake.
We start by clarifying your goals and setup, then work directly on your machine so you can reproduce everything later.

You’ll learn to:

Build lightweight, optimized Docker images

Use docker-compose to run multi-container stacks

Troubleshoot logs, permissions, and networking issues

Apply best practices for security, cleanup, and backups

At the end of every lesson, you leave with working files (Dockerfiles, Compose templates, scripts) and a clear next step.
