I have got my PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UBC. I have 14+ years of tutoring and teaching experience in high schools, colleges, and universities. I was serving as a faculty member at Electrical Engineering Department of one of Tehran's universities for 5 years. I have published more than 25 papers in different journals and conferences. I gain and direct attention and try to focus the learner on the learning task at hand. 2. I explain the lesson in an easy way in order to make it understandable for every learner. 3. I make sure the student has learned the topic very well before moving forward. 4. Generally, I incorporate motivational strategies into my teaching by considering the entry characteristics of students, adapting instruction accordingly, demonstrating relevance of the content, providing opportunities for success, and leading to the satisfaction of positive performance.
