About XIAN

I define myself as a young entrepreneur, I find myself with the need to share the experience I have gained during years of training and coaching to different people who have passed and continue in my life journey. I specialize in the exercise / routines with the terminology '' full-body '' exercised with your own body weight and now easier than ever, from your own home. Do you want to try ?, Because my first class I impart it FREE OF CHARGE, at the end of the first class, depending on the degree of satisfaction, it will be your choice to stay with me or not ... but I tell you that this class will mark a before and a later in your routine, with that I tell you everything ... why not try new experiences if they are within your possibilities ?, cheer up to squeeze your skills, I know you're capable enough!

About the lesson

I teach calisthenics classes directed by '' webcam '', my goal is related to the sport called CALISTENIA. A personalized follow-up and attention, after completing the first free evaluation class, would adapt a routine specialized in your performance and sporting scope. It was never so easy to get fit, not only will it be physical exercise, as long as the process is done, we will add supplements and different approaches to boost training at home. - Flexibility - Joint mobility. - Stretching. - Warm ups. - Muscle strengthening exercises. All this added to the adapted and personalized routine to completely complete the physical exercise. Able to squeeze all your skills and prove you are capable of much more ...?, Or rather the question would be ... able to overcome this barrier of fear and venture to try new experiences ?, We are all capable , only some of us venture to live to the fullest !. Dedicación, puntualidad y sobre todo vocación por el ejercicio físico y la calistenia, avanzando junto a sus alumnos (entre los que me incluyo) ya que cada logro nuestro lo siente como suyo. Ideal para transmitirte la motivación que necesitas para sentirte vital al final del día, y todo desde el conocimiento de la técnica necesaria para progresar debidamente así como el compromiso en función de tus necesidades. Si necesitas un cambio de mentalidad y forma física, acude a él sin duda.
