Whether you're new to combat sports or looking to refine your skills, I offer personalized lessons in boxing, taekwondo, and a wide range of martial arts. My training covers everything from basic techniques to advanced strategies in self-defense, full contact, and competitive fighting. In boxing, we focus on footwork, punching, and defensive maneuvers. Taekwondo lessons include high kicks, flexibility, and discipline, while my martial arts curriculum spans judo, karate, kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and many other forms, including Krav Maga, Kung-fu, Muay Thai, capoeira, and more.
