About Tessa
In my Physics lessons, we focus on the fundamental principles of energy and how it shapes the world around us. I use a clear and systematic approach to explain topics like thermodynamics, heat transfer, states of matter, and gas laws. These can be tricky at first, but with the right guidance, they become easier to understand. We use engaging analogies and real-life examples to bring these ideas to life. From steam engines to refrigerators, you'll see how energy moves and transforms in everyday systems. I believe that learning physics should feel exciting and practical, not just theoretical. My lessons include regular feedback and support to help learners strengthen their understanding step by step. I encourage curiosity and build confidence through practice and thoughtful discussion. You’ll never be left confused—each session builds on the last to create a solid foundation.

I’m a passionate Physics tutor with over 2 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Space Science and Technology. My journey into teaching is driven by a deep curiosity about the universe and a desire to share that wonder with others. I take a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to physics, especially in the realm of astrophysics.
My focus areas include stellar structure, galaxy formation, black holes, and the large-scale structure of the universe. I love guiding students through the intricate beauty of these cosmic phenomena using a blend of observational data and theoretical models. We explore how stars are born and die, how galaxies evolve, and what black holes reveal about the limits of physics.
I work closely with students interested in astronomy, cosmology, and the grand questions of existence. My lessons often include discussions on cosmic evolution and how physics helps us trace the history of the universe. I also emphasize developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-world data and simulations.
