About Hannah

I hold a Master’s degree in Music and bring 5 years of teaching experience working with students of all ages and skill levels. My training combines formal study with practical performance, allowing me to deliver lessons that are structured, effective, and creatively engaging, fostering both skill and confidence. In addition to teaching, I have performed in concerts, studio sessions, and ensembles, giving me insights into performance techniques, improvisation, and collaboration. These experiences allow me to prepare students not only to play proficiently but also to perform with confidence, style, and musical understanding in various settings. As a tutor, I value patience, encouragement, and adaptability. I focus on helping students overcome challenges, celebrate achievements, and develop both technical skill and artistic expression. My philosophy is to create an inspiring learning environment where each student discovers a lasting passion for guitar.

About the lesson

My guitar lessons are structured to provide both technical foundation and creative expression. Beginners focus on basic chords, strumming patterns, and rhythm exercises to build confidence and coordination. Intermediate learners progress to fingerpicking, scales, and improvisation, allowing them to expand their versatility and start developing a unique musical voice.

Each session balances exercises with practical applications through songs. Students work on fretboard familiarity, chord transitions, and melody creation while connecting theory to performance. By integrating technique with real music, learners gain not only skill but also the ability to play expressively, making their practice both productive and enjoyable.

Lessons are tailored to individual goals, whether performing live, composing original music, or playing casually for personal enjoyment. I provide guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement to ensure steady growth.
